When should I book?
As early as you can. We install from October 15 to December 10, and the best dates go first. Book by November 15 to guarantee a spot for the 2026 season.
How much does it cost?
Holiday installs start at $1,000 per season. Your exact price depends on your roofline, trees and what you want lit, which is why we design it in person and give you a firm quote before we leave. There are no surprises after that.
What's included in the price?
Everything: the custom design, commercial-grade C9 LEDs cut to fit your house, timer, installation, in-season service calls, takedown by January 31, and off-season storage. You never buy, store or untangle anything.
Do I own the lights?
No, and that's the point. Radiant owns and maintains the lights for the length of your lease. If something breaks, it's our problem, not yours.
What happens if a bulb goes out?
If any bulb, strand or timer stops working during your season, we come back and fix it within 48 hours of your call or text. No charge, no arguing, no waiting until next week.
What is a seasonal lease?
You lease a finished, installed display for two or three seasons at a locked price. Each fall we come back and put it up, each January we take it down. Renewal seasons bill automatically so you never have to re-book.
Is there a deposit?
Yes. 50% when you sign, and the balance is due the day we install.
Can I pick my colors?
Yes. Warm white, cool white, classic multicolor or a two-color mix are all included. Unusual custom colors may cost a little extra, and we'll tell you up front.
What's the difference between holiday and permanent lighting?
Holiday lighting is a seasonal lease: we install C9 bulbs in the fall and take them down in January. Permanent lighting is a hidden LED track installed once and controlled from your phone all year, for holidays, game days and everyday accent lighting. Many homeowners start with holiday lighting and switch to permanent later.
Are you insured?
Yes. Radiant is fully insured, and we can provide a certificate of insurance on request.
Do you serve my city?
We serve Grosse Ile, Canton, Brownstown Township, Woodhaven, Trenton, Dearborn, Plymouth, Northville, Novi and Livonia. If you're nearby but not on the list, reach out. We can often make it work.
