    Pick a day that works. Austin comes to your home for about an hour, no obligation.

  2. Design It On The Spot

    We walk the property, talk colors and coverage, and design a display for your exact roofline and trees.

  3. Get A Firm Quote

    You get a clear price before we leave. Sign, pay the deposit, and your install date is locked.

  4. We Handle The Rest

    Install, in-season service, takedown in January and storage until next year. You just enjoy it.

The Seasonal Lease, Explained

You don't buy lights from us. You lease a finished, professionally installed display for a set number of seasons, and we handle everything from the first sketch to the last strand coming down in January.

2-Season Lease

A good fit if you want to see how it feels before committing longer.

3-Season Lease

Most Popular

Our most popular option. Same price locked for three seasons, priority install dates, and one free add-on such as a wreath or tree wrap.

Payment

  • 50% deposit when you sign, balance due the day of install.
  • Renewal seasons are billed automatically each fall, so you never have to re-book.
  • No discounts for longer terms. Multi-season customers get perks instead: priority install dates and a free add-on.

Timing

  • Installs run October 15 to December 10
  • Takedown runs January 2 to January 31
  • Book by November 15 to lock in a 2026 season date
