What We Light
- Rooflines & Gutters
- The classic. Warm white or multicolor C9s tracing every peak, eave and gable so the whole house reads from the street.
- Trees & Wraps
- Trunk wraps and canopy lighting on the trees that frame your house. This is what makes a display look finished.
- Wreaths, Garland & Columns
- Lit wreaths over the garage, garland on porch rails and columns, and stake lighting along the walk.
- Color Choice
- Warm white, cool white, classic multicolor, or a custom two-color mix. Standard colors are included in your lease.
How A Seasonal Lease Works
You don't buy lights from us. You lease a finished, professionally installed display for a set number of seasons, and we handle everything from the first sketch to the last strand coming down in January.

Our most popular option. Same price locked for three seasons, priority install dates, and one free add-on such as a wreath or tree wrap.

If any bulb, strand or timer stops working during your season, we come back and fix it within 48 hours of your call or text. No charge, no arguing, no waiting until next week.
When should I book?
As early as you can. We install from October 15 to December 10, and the best dates go first. Book by November 15 to guarantee a spot for the 2026 season.
How much does it cost?
Holiday installs start at $1,000 per season. Your exact price depends on your roofline, trees and what you want lit, which is why we design it in person and give you a firm quote before we leave. There are no surprises after that.
What's included in the price?
Everything: the custom design, commercial-grade C9 LEDs cut to fit your house, timer, installation, in-season service calls, takedown by January 31, and off-season storage. You never buy, store or untangle anything.
Do I own the lights?
No, and that's the point. Radiant owns and maintains the lights for the length of your lease. If something breaks, it's our problem, not yours.
