Same House, Different Night

What Permanent Lighting Is
- Hidden in a slim track that matches your trim or soffit color
- Every bulb individually controlled, millions of colors
- Scheduled from your phone, no ladders and no timers to reset
- Built for Michigan winters
- Custom quoted at your free consultation based on your roofline
Why Homeowners Switch To Permanent
It's the same reason people put in a sprinkler system: you stop thinking about it. There's no install window to book, no takedown, no storage. The lights are simply part of the house, and they look like it.
Pricing depends on the length and shape of your roofline, so we quote it in person at your free consultation. Many homeowners start with a holiday lease and switch to permanent lighting when they're ready.
Common Questions
What's the difference between holiday and permanent lighting?
Holiday lighting is a seasonal lease: we install C9 bulbs in the fall and take them down in January. Permanent lighting is a hidden LED track installed once and controlled from your phone all year, for holidays, game days and everyday accent lighting. Many homeowners start with holiday lighting and switch to permanent later.
Are you insured?
Yes. Radiant is fully insured, and we can provide a certificate of insurance on request.
Do you serve my city?
We serve Grosse Ile, Canton, Brownstown Township, Woodhaven, Trenton, Dearborn, Plymouth, Northville, Novi and Livonia. If you're nearby but not on the list, reach out. We can often make it work.
How long does the consultation take?
About an hour. Austin walks the property with you, designs the display on the spot and gives you a firm quote before he leaves. It's free and there's no obligation.
